This 174,271 square foot Walmart Anchored Power Center was built in 2001-2005 in a high profile location in the north-eastern limits of the City of Québec within the Beauport Borough with exposure from the high traffic areas along Autoroute Felix Leclerc-Highway (40). This site includes a large single tenant building occupied by Wal-Mart at the northwest portion of the site, a separate pad site development and two multi-tenant strip style buildings and is shadow anchored by Canadian Tire, Reno Depot and Maxi.
