The Tilbury Distribution Centre (the “TDC”) is strategically located in the Tilbury Industrial Park of Delta, BC. The property provides an ideal location, being centrally situated near the Delta Deep Sea Port terminal, with access to Highway 1, Highway 91 and Highway 99, as well as the US border. The newly completed South Fraser Perimeter Road (Highway 17) and the recently proposed Fraser River Bridge Crossing (Highway 99) will serve to further enhance the area’s central location.
