Westbank Hub Centre

Westbank Hub Centre is located in West Kelowna (Westbank) at the intersection of Butt Road and Highway 97, the main thoroughfare in the Okanagan. Highway 97 connects south to Penticton and beyond and continues to the City of Kelowna. It is the commercial corridor with residential located both to the east and west of the highway.

West Kelowna is one of Canada's fastest-growing retail districts. The shopping centre's location along Highway 97 offers excellent exposure: traffic counts along Highway 97 are estimated in excess of 45,000 vehicles per day.
